It is with great pleasure that Comhlamh announces that Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI) and Give Ireland have been awarded Core Indicator status. Tearfund Ireland, Hope Foundation, VMM (Volunteer Mission Movement) and Viatores Christi have been awarded Comprehensive Standard.

How does the awarding system work?

Once a year an independent panel meets to assess the progress of sending agencies that have signed up the Code of Good Practice. Every signed up organisation can progress to a Core Indicators Award or Comprehensive Compliance Award. These awards officially recognise those signatories that have fully attained the 18 core indicators (Core Indicator award) or 85% of all the 44 indicators (Comprehensive compliance award) outlined in a self-audit that they have to complete annually. Core indicators would be by example that VSAs collaborate with local partners on the program design, that they provide comprehensive preparation and training to volunteers or that they have safeguarding guidelines and procedures in place to protect children’s and vulnerable adults in the host communities. But these are just 3 out of 18 core indicators in total. To have a look at the complete self audit and all the relevant indicators check here.

We also want to emphasise how much we appreciate the time and effort of all 45 signatories to the Code of Good Practice. They put a huge amount of work into introducing appropriate policies and practices to ensure that they are operating according to identified best practice in the field of international volunteering, protecting host community and volunteers.

  1. I spent four years trying EVERYTHING in Online Dating, and through a huge amount of trial and error, I produced a system that I will share for you. This book will take you, step by step, through everything you need to know to double, triple or even quadruple the number of women you meet online.

  3. I intended to put you one very little remark so as to give thanks over again considering the pleasant opinions you have shared above. It is certainly remarkably open-handed of you to give freely precisely what many of us would have offered for sale for an e-book to help make some bucks on their own, precisely considering the fact that you could possibly have done it if you ever desired. Those suggestions in addition worked like a easy way to realize that someone else have the same keenness like mine to see a good deal more in terms of this problem. I believe there are a lot more pleasurable sessions in the future for individuals who read through your site.
